Widow Jane Paradigm Rye

Paradigm Rye is 5 barrels per batch, never more, of straight ryes from KY, IN & NY (the NY rye having been distilled at WJ Distillery, Red Hook, Brooklyn, NYC). It’s aged in new charred American oak barrels. Proofed with limestone mineral water from the Legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, 99 miles north of Brooklyn.
