The “Bottled-in-Bond” designation is a rare, recognized mark of transparency not often seen in the craft spirits world. 100% distilled, aged and bottled at Watershed Distillery, this complex bourbon boasts aromas of butterscotch and vanilla and flavors of caramel and dark cherry.

Our Founder and Head Distiller carefully tasted through many barrels selecting 10 of their favorites for each batch. Each batch is a snapshot of the bourbon we were producing at that moment in history.

Bottled at 100 Proof in accordance with the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897, Watershed Bottled-in-Bond is an authentic reflection of the grit and hard work we have been putting in since we started in 2010.
